Get ready to shuffle tiles and test your skills, JLLR is bringing Mahjong Mondays to the league! Join us for a monthly night of mahjong, refreshments, and light snacks. Event tickets are $20 a person and can also be purchased at the door.
All skill levels are welcome to join us. Whether you're a seasoned player or just starting out, we invite you to come and enjoy the game. While we do not have a formal instructor on-site for Mahjong Mondays, we're happy to pair new players with a table where they can learn the basics of Mahjong in a friendly and supportive environment. We encourage attendees to bring your own tiles and racks if you have them, but it's not required — we'll have additional sets to play with as needed!
All proceeds from ticket sales support JLLR's mission and our impactful community projects, including Stuff the Bus, Nightingales at Arkansas Children's Hospital, Kota Camp, and Little Readers Rock. For the last 100 years, the community continues to help JLLR raises funds to allow our organization to be the driving force behind the kinds of initiatives and institutions that make our community a healthier, more vital place to live to women and children. Whether you're a seasoned player or just starting out, all levels are welcome!
